Doug Romoff, President and Creative Director, The Paradiso Group
As a small business of less than 10 people we do not have the resources for a HR department. Dare Enterprises has completely filled that void and has become an integral part of our team. Dare Enterprises was instrumental in developing our HR policies and developed our Employee Information Handbook. Brenda Dare is easy to work with and quickly adapts to various work environments and situations.

Ms. Beth Lang, CLU, COO, Gateway Financial Group
Dare Enterprises responsive service allows us to address various human resource situations before they become a problem. In the current competitive labor market, they have provided us with creative policies that match our needs with the needs of our employees.

Ms. Judith K. Painter, Executive Director, Epilepsy Foundation Western Pennsylvania
The Epilepsy Foundation Western Pennsylvania had grown rather quickly over a short period of time, because of the growth we were faced with employees who had been with the organization for many years and several employees who were brand new to the Foundation. We were facing many cultural changes within the organization and change can be difficult to all involved. Because of the size of our organization and the fact that we are a non-profit, funding for full time professionals in human resources is non-existent. Dare Enterprises was able to come into our organization, identify the problems and develop a plan for a staff retreat.
Dare Enterprises has provided expertise on several personnel matters and has worked with the Foundation staff, including myself, in developing annual goals and objectives for the organization. They have been professional and fair in their association with the organization and I would highly recommend their services. |

Ms. Marji Dickson, President, AWC
As a small company it is hard to dedicate resources to HR, but Dare Enterprises has given us the comfort of having HR expertise at our fingertips. They have been quick to respond to timely situations as well as being a sounding board to help in developing policies and procedures. Having counsel outside of the company in the HR area has helped see the company as others do.

Managing a fast growing technology company has many challenges. Atop of the list of challenges are the recruitment, orientation and retention of employees. This is especially true for a fast growing company in a very tight and competitive employee market. We realized that one of the areas we needed help in was human resources. Weighing all of our options, we decided to look outside of the company for professional assistance. We found exactly what we needed at Dare Enterprises. Our relationship with Dare Enterprises has been everything we had hoped and more. We have definitely benefited by having them manage our human resources framework, leaving us to run and grow our business. Since we started working with Dare Enterprises we have doubled in size - with zero turn over!
